In the unlikely event that you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your return and provide you with a store credit or a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price.

All we ask is that you return the item back to us at the studio, unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it in, tags still intact.

We'll do our darndest to get your order to you in the fastest and most cost effective manner possible. We use NZPost and CourierPost to ship all standard orders. For any awkward or fragile items, we recommend the pick-up option to ensure your items don't get damaged in tansit!
